well, raul is not the best companion fore deathclaws, boone works well with Anti-Material Rifle, but Raul is not a reliable ally for heavy combat. im having trouble which one i should choose for him, i already have jurry rigging, and i get complimentary vouchers to get weapon repair kits, so is it still worth it for full maintenance? If you side with Caesar's Legion, the boomers stay in Nellis.

NCR's endings would make the Old Vigilante ending the best for him; otherwise he would be seeing cruelties remain as the NCR continues to fail to protect everyone, and that would eat away at him.
